The present General Conditions of Service Provision (the "GCP") define the terms under which Agency 1600 produces, creates, and designs presentation videos in motion design (the "Services") for its Clients.

The present GCP constitute, in accordance with Article L.441‐6 of the Commercial Code, the unique basis of the commercial relationship between the Parties.

From the moment of acceptance by the Client, the GCP apply to all ordered Services, excluding any other document.

As a result, the GCP cancel and replace all previous conditions and prevail over all purchase conditions, purchase orders or other documents issued by the Client.

The Client declares having accepted the GCP in their entirety prior to any order.

The GCP remain in effect until final delivery of the Services and may be modified later. Any new version will be communicated to the Client by any means chosen by Agency 1600.

The Agency 1600 and the Client are collectively referred to as the "Parties".

Any request for intervention will be subject to a detailed quote mentioning:

📌 The mission of Agency 1600 will only begin after receipt of the deposit and necessary documents.

Any additional request will be subject to a complementary quote.
If the video exceeds the duration specified in the quote, an additional charge will apply.

A specification document may be established jointly by the Parties through:

The Client agrees to provide accurate information. Any error on their part that may lead to a malfunction is their responsibility.

📌 The Client is informed that any changes affecting the accessibility of data may impact the provision of Services.

The modifications and corrections requested by the Client are unlimited.

In case of cancellation of the contract, Agency 1600 will not refund any deposit.

💰 Pricing
The prices are expressed in euros including VAT and are increased by the applicable VAT.

💳 Payment Terms

The payment is made by SEPA transfer or via Stripe.

📌 Any delay in payment incurs penalties, calculated according to the European Central Bank rate +10 percentage points, along with a flat-rate indemnity of €40.

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

📌 If applicable, the right of withdrawal is 14 days.

The Client authorizes Agency 1600 to mention their name and logo in its references.
The creations may be included in Agency 1600's portfolio.

📌 The usage rights are transferred to the Client only after full payment.

Agency 1600 assigns to the Client:

This transfer is valid worldwide and for the entire legal duration of protection.

Agency 1600 cannot be held liable in case of:

📌 The liability of Agency 1600 can never exceed the amount of the signed quote.

In case of non-compliance with obligations by the Client, Agency 1600 may terminate the contract after a formal notice that remains unsuccessful for 1 month.

Agency 1600 is authorized to subcontract all or part of the Services.

The Client commits to not recruit or solicit the subcontractors of Agency 1600 for 2 years after the delivery of the Services.

None of the Parties shall be held liable in case of force majeure.

📌 If the situation persists for more than 60 days, the GCP will be terminated by law.

📌 All exchanged information is strictly confidential.
The confidentiality obligation lasts 2 years after the end of the contract.

Personal data are processed in accordance with the Privacy Policy.

The Parties will seek an amicable solution in case of dispute.

📌 Any dispute will be submitted to the Courts of Paris.
