These General Terms and Conditions of Service Provision (the “GTC”) define the conditions under which Agence 1600 produces, creates, and designs motion design presentation videos (the “Services”) for its Clients.
1 - Application of the GTC
These GTC constitute, in accordance with Article L.441‐6 of the French Commercial Code, the single basis of the commercial relationship between the Parties.
From the moment they are accepted by the Client, the GTC apply to all Services ordered, to the exclusion of any other document.
Consequently, the GTC cancel and replace all previous terms and conditions and prevail over any purchasing terms, purchase orders, or other documents issued by the Client.
The Client declares that they have accepted the GTC in full prior to placing any order.
The GTC remain in force until final delivery of the Services and may be amended later. Any new version will be communicated to the Client by any means chosen by Agence 1600.
Agence 1600 and the Client are jointly referred to as the “Parties”.
2 - Definitions
- Client: Any natural or legal person, public or private, acting for professional purposes.
3 - Services
The expertise of Agence 1600 covers the following services:
- Production of motion design presentation videos
- Creation of video content in subscription form
- Creation of presentation and promotional videos with actors
- Production of digital creations and websites
- Production of tutorial videos
